It all starts with a paddle tennis match, with your friend, battle partner, game companion, the person you win and lose with on and off the tennis court.
Until one day that friend receives the worst news in the world, ALS diagnosis.
From there on, the paddle, the game, the laughs, the sweat, the losses and victories, it all became irrelevant. And I came up with the Upside Down Challenge, open water strokes to raise money for this terrible disease, for my friend. Nothing would ever be the same again. Not months, not days, not hours, not seconds ...
Thanks to this friend, I understood more about living with attitude towards life, we have to live pure, with gratitude, emotion, strength, positivism and respect.

Upside down Challenge, is an extraordinary challenge, which serves to give visibility and help one day overcome this terrible disease: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
